Personnel Today Awards in Derby is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle. On-site role, 39-hour week with a Friday finish at 12:00, 14-month FTC, reporting to the HR Director.

You will handle employee relations, coach managers, and provide practical people advice, working with senior leadership to drive best practice and foster a high-performing workplace culture. CIPD Level 5 qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• Broad generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong employee relations experience and case management confidence.
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers at all levels.

• Act as first point of contact for managers, coaching on people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and investigations.
• Support managers in developing people management capabilities and ensuring consistent HR practice.
• Provide advice on employment law, policies and HR best practice.
• Lead and support recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
