Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit an HR Advisor. You will support managers across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, performance and learning and development.

In this busy role you will manage absence processes, maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR, support training initiatives and ensure compliance with employment legislation while promoting

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters with a fair, compliant approach.
• Manage absence levels and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and GDPR-compliant documentation.
• Support training and mandatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from inception to resolution.
• Support managers with absence management and return-to-work meetings.
• Maintain HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Promote wellbeing and a positive employee relations culture.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
