MCS Group is partnering with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a Human Resources Advisor to join their Organisation Development team in Antrim. You will provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters, collaborating with the HR team to deliver a professional, responsive service.

The role covers recruitment support, absence management, contracts, pre-employment documents, employee relations, HR reporting, and policy reviews.

Competenze

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards this, or 4 years' relevant HR experience in lieu of the qualification.
• At least 2 years' HR experience providing first-line advice and support to employees and managers.
• At least 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection procedures.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and experience using a range of computerised office systems.
• The ability to work accurately and effectively in a busy environment.
• A full current driving licence, or access to suitable transport where driving is not possible.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a professional, responsive and customer-focused service.
• Cover a broad range of HR activities including guidance on queries and processes, recruitment support, absence and employee relations, contracts and pre-employment documents, disciplinary and grievance processes, HR records and HR systems, and HR reporting.
• Assist with the review and implementation of HR policies and processes.
