Greatwell Homes is looking for a confident HR Advisor to join our HR & Payroll team. You will provide practical advice on employee relations, support managers and help shape people practices across the business in a fast-paced housing association.

You’ll be the first line of HR contact, ensuring policy and legal compliance while supporting payroll, DBS checks, GDPR, recruitment onboarding, and the development of HR policies.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 in HR Management (or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience advising on a broad range of HR issues ( grievances, disciplinaries, absence, wellbeing).
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsabilités

• First line of HR support across employee relations, ensuring fair, compliant guidance.
• Ensure HR processes operate in line with policy and legislative requirements.
• Support HR projects and payroll information flow with timely data handling.

Connaissances

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
