Job summary

Ernest Doe & Sons Limited in Ulting, England, is seeking an HR Advisor to join a highly customer-focused HR team, supporting Directors, Managers and employees across 19 sites with travel to branches when required.

You will advise on employee relations, apply current employment law, maintain electronic HR files, support recruitment, and oversee HR administration and policies. CIPD Level 5 or studying is expected, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or studying towards is required.
• Experience advising on a wide range of HR and employee relations matters.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and reporting ability.
• Confident using HR systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise Directors, Managers and employees on HR matters and employment law.
• Maintain employee electronic files and HR administration.
• Support recruitment, employee relations and policy development.
• Attend and support employee meetings on disciplinary, grievance, performance and welfare topics.
