Job summary

Group Lotus is seeking an HR Advisor to join the Group HR Department at our Coventry site. You will provide first-line advice, lead employee relations, and support HR analytics and performance management processes.

Reporting to the HR BP, you will also support projects and policy updates while coaching managers and employees across the business. The role is on-site in Coventry with travel to other entities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working at Advisor level.

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers.
• Leading on analysing HR data and escape any key trends/themes to the HR Business Partners
• Update HR policies as required in line with employment law changes
• Updating templates/forms/processes in line with business need and policy changes
• Support projects/initiatives when required
• Ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans
• Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees
