Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide generalist advice and guidance to colleagues on HR policies and procedures.
• Act as first-line support for all employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management.
• Support the college by delivering a comprehensive, effective, and professional HR service to all employees.
• Maintain up-to-date HR documentation in compliance with legal standards and assist with payroll data preparation.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it, with at least three years of HR generalist experience. Experience should include employee relations and implementing HR best practices. The ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands quickly is essential.
