Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support across the organisation. You will partner with managers, advise on employment law, lead recruitment and onboarding, and help optimise HR processes while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Based on site in the UK, you will work across employee relations, payroll, health surveillance, and data reporting, driving engagement and continuous improvement within a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience as an HR Advisor or similar, ideally within manufacturing, distribution or a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and absence management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident using HRIS, Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong attention to detail.

The role

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support and guidance across the organisation. You’ll partner with managers and employees, provide practical advice, support employee relations and contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement.
