Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support across the organisation. You will partner with managers and employees, provide practical advice on employment law, support employee relations and lead recruitment and onboarding.

The role also covers payroll support, HR data analysis, GDPR compliance, and contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and promote a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience as an HR Advisor or similar, ideally within manufacturing, distribution or a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and absence management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support training and development initiatives and wider HR projects.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote a positive employee experience.
