A family-owned business seeks an HR Advisor to provide proactive HR services across departments. This role involves advising on HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting various HR projects. Ideal candidates will have CIPD Level 5, operational HR experience, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Are you an HR Advisor who enjoys the dynamics of a family-owned business and thrives in a fast-paced environment? You will provide a professional and proactive HR service to all departments and employees. Responsible for assisting with the delivery of HR projects, partnering with key stakeholders and taking responsibility for supporting all generalist areas of the HR cycle; employee relations, absence management, learning & development, performance management, reward & benefits and HR reporting. Our client is on a journey of continuous improvement, and this role would ideally be suitable for someone who enjoys getting involved in projects, streamlining processes and coming up with new ways of working more effectively.
