Job summary

Unicard Limited is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a proactive HR advisory service across the company, supporting managers and staff through the employee lifecycle.

Working with the HR Business Partner and wider business, you will provide practical guidance on policies, absence management, performance, onboarding, probation and day-to-day people matters, ensuring consistency and compliance with employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing practical HR advice to managers and staff.
• Knowledge of absence management, performance, onboarding and probation processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR data and generate basic HR reports.
• Awareness of current employment law and compliance requirements.

Full time - closing date 23rd July - Poole

Working closely with the HR Business Partner and wider business, the HR Advisor will provide practical advice and guidance on HR policies, employee relations, absence management, performance, onboarding, probation and other day-to-day people matters, ensuring a consistent approach and compliance with relevant employment legislation.

The HR Advisor will also support the effective delivery of core HR processes, maintain accurate HR data and records, contribute to HR reporting and projects, and help develop a positive employee experience while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.
