A leading company in Nottingham seeks an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR function. You will provide practical advice on HR policies, manage employee relations cases, and support recruitment processes. This office-based role requires strong organisational skills and a valid UK driving licence.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team in our centrally located Nottingham Head Office. We are close to the City centre, with good links to the bus and tram network and the local train station.
You will be an experienced operational HR Advisor or HR Assistant who will support the HR function in providing practical, solution focused advice on general HR and People matter with a strong background in supporting managers with Employee Relations and case work.
You will be the go-to person for managers to provide expert advice and support in relation to HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are implemented.
You will be involved in upskilling management capability and coaching managers in relation to any employee relations cases and people development. You will need to be comfortable with rolling you sleeves up and having the initiative to provide pragmatic solutions to the business.

This role is office based with occasional travel to other sites which dependant on geography, may require an overnight stay so a full driving licence is a necessity.
