Job description

Join us as an HR Advisor at 100x Imaging Inc.

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team at our centrally located Nottingham Head Office, close to the City centre with excellent transport links.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be an operational HR Advisor or HR Assistant supporting the HR function by providing practical, solution-focused advice on general HR and People matters, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations and case work.

You will serve as the primary contact for managers, offering expert advice on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring their effective implementation. You will also be involved in upskilling management and coaching managers on employee relations cases and people development initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Handle generalist HR responsibilities across the organization, collaborating closely with the HR Manager.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases, supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievances, absences, flexible working requests, and performance management.
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers regionally, promoting best practices.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives across the company.

This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel to other sites, which may require overnight stays; a full UK driving license is essential.

Candidate Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Preferably CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work in the office with occasional travel.
  • Valid UK driving license.
