Salary: £48000 + 10% Bonus

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a broad HR Advisor position with a particular emphasis on employee relations. You will be a key point of contact for managers across the organisation, providing practical advice on complex people matters and helping ensure employment legislation, internal policies and good HR practice are applied consistently.
Alongside managing your own ER caseload, you will coach managers, contribute to HR projects and policy development, and use people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified, or possess equivalent experience, with around four to five years' experience in an HR Advisor or ER-focused position. You will have strong UK employment law knowledge and experience handling complex casework. Confident communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside excellent organisation, discretion and emotional intelligence. HRIS experience, ideally Workday, and experience delivering training would be advantageous.
You will join a supportive and collaborative HR team where you can take ownership of varied and interesting employee relations work while continuing to develop your HR expertise. The role is primarily office based in Marlow, with a non-contractual option to work from home for up to two days per week where business requirements allow. Some occasional travel may also be required.
