£30,000-£37,000

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join an expanding organisation in the industrial sector. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner (based at another site), this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of HR within the site.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

• Review and renew all HR policies and procedures
• Manage and support recruitment activities and other HR processes
• Provide 1st line HR support to all employees
• Carry out HR project work as required
• Advise and support line managers and employees on employment legislation changes
• Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, including advising managers and supporting investigations
• Manage HR system data, ensuring accuracy and currency
• Perform HR administrative tasks

Person Specification

• Minimum of 4 years of generalist HR experience
• Understanding of UK Employment Law
• Resilient, able to work under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements

In return, you will receive a salary between £30,000-£37,000.
