GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with line managers and deliver pragmatic HR support. This full-time, site-based role operates Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, helping shape the local HR strategy.

You'll be a trusted partner to line managers, providing timely, practical and comprehensive HR support while helping to shape and deliver the site's HR strategy-both now and for the future.
This is a full time, permanent, site-based position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.
