HR Advisor
Location: Halesowen (Head Office) – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
I am supporting a leading UK manufacturing business with 10 sites across the country, who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join our central HR team, based at Head Office in Halesowen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a truly generalist HR service across the business. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, from supporting line managers with complex ER cases, coaching and advising on policy, to assisting with HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective advice and support on all aspects of Employee Relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
• Support line managers in applying HR policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR initiatives, including engagement, talent management and training.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Collaborate with site-based teams to ensure a consistent HR approach across all locations.
WhatI'm Looking For:
• Proven experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role, ideally within a multi-site environment.
• Strong and confident ER knowledge with experience handling a range of complex cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and pragmatic approach.
• Experience of having worked within a fast paced industry such as manufacturing, engineering, distribution, logistics, retail, hospitality, etc.
