Base pay range

Location: Aldermaston - 2/3 days Per week in Office

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles, with a strong focus on TUPE and associated legislation.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders and building professional relationships across various levels.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR technology tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards.
