A leading company in commercial property management is seeking an HR Advisor to support the entire employee life cycle. The role involves managing employee relations, advising Line Managers, and contributing to HR projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach, with a preference for CIPD Level 5 qualification. Hybrid working and various benefits are offered.
As an HR Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting our people and line managers covering the entire employee life cycle.
The role will include managing employee relations cases, absences, wellbeing, performance management, flexible working requests, and guiding managers on people-related matters.
Additionally, you will support the HR team in delivering HR projects that contribute to our people strategy and advocate for our employee values.
Your ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. Delivering clear and accurate HR advice is paramount.
Partnering with Line Managers, you will advise on employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary issues, and long-term sickness absence, including occupational health and GIP referrals. Providing commercially savvy HR advice and guiding Line Managers effectively is crucial.
You should have experience managing redundancy processes, including leading consultations and completing all related administration. Experience with TUPE is advantageous but not essential.
You will work closely with the Head of HR to review and update existing policies and help develop new ones in line with legislation and best practices.
