HR Dept London is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver high-quality, commercial HR advice to a diverse client base. The role focuses on employee relations, policy guidance, and project work with opportunities to lead client training initiatives.
Hybrid London-based role with travel to client sites; salary £35k–£40k DOE, discretionary bonus, 23 days holiday + BH, pension scheme and Health Cash Plan. 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

We offer a full HR service offering with a main focus on employee relations issues disciplines, grievances, redundancies, performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
The HR Advisor is the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing high quality and commercial HR advice and support to clients and navigating through HR processes to provide solutions to people problems. You will also be responsible for undertaking client project work as required.
Our people are exceptional HR professionals, with expert employment law knowledge. They also demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and an understanding of how HR fits with our client's commercial needs.
The role is hybrid with regular travel in London to client sites. Our clients are based in Clapham, Highbury & Islington. Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
