Job summary

ASHDOWN GROUP is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join on an initial 6 month fixed term contract in Lincoln. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the central Lincoln office and occasional travel to other sites.

You will handle ER casework, TUPE transfers, implement HR initiatives, support managers on employment law, maintain HR data and reporting, and lead investigation meetings within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor / People Advisor or ER Advisor.
• Exposure to TUPE transfers.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employment law.
• Experience handling ER casework.
• Strong communication skills.
• Vehicle access for site visits if required.

To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or ER Advisor role


• Exposure to supporting with TUPE transfers


• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employment law


• Background in handling ER casework


• Strong communication skills


• Access to a vehicle should site visits be required
