Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Lincoln office, and occasional travel to other sites. You will handle ER casework, TUPE transfers, and support managers on employment law matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong HR legislation knowledge, robust communication skills, and a track record in HR advisory roles. Salary up to £37k, negotiable by experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or ER Advisor role.
• Exposure to TUPE transfers.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employment law.
• Background in handling ER casework.
• Strong communication skills.
• Access to a vehicle if site visits are required.
