Liberty Recruitment Group are recruiting an HR Advisor for a growing organisation in Gosport. The role offers exposure to payroll coordination, HR data analysis, and ER matters, with the opportunity to progress towards HR Business Partner. Two days home working and on-site parking accompany a strong development path.

You will work alongside an experienced HR team, driving process improvements and playing a key role in TUPE, restructures and redundancy consultations.

Formación

• Generalist HR experience in an operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER.
• Payroll exposure and confidence using HR systems.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating payroll information including starters and leavers.

• Managing the Indeed recruitment platform and system integrations.
• Advising on day-to-day ER matters including disciplinary cases.

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing organisation in Gosport to recruit an HR Advisor.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional ready to take the next step in their career. Working alongside an experienced HR team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of people activities, develop your business partnering skills and have the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged HR Business Partner position.The role will offer a varied mix of operational HR, payroll coordination, systems management and ER with the chance to take ownership of projects and make a real contribution to the wider business.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating payroll information, including starters, leavers, overtime and absence.
• Maintaining employee records, analysing HR data and improving system accuracy.
• Managing the Indeed recruitment platform and supporting system integration.
• Advising on day-to-day ER matters, including return-to-work meetings and disciplinaries.
• Supporting TUPE, restructures and redundancy consultations.
• Working with managers to improve HR processes and people management practices.

What we're looking for:

• Generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational environment.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and ER.
• Payroll exposure and confidence using HR systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills.
• An approachable, resilient communicator who can manage competing priorities.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or working towards it.
