Job description

We have a current opportunity for a HR Advisor on a contract basis. The position will be based in East Grinstead. For further information about this position, please apply.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional support to managers on operational issues such as terms and conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary investigations, dignity and respect complaints, and grievances.
2. Implement and embed new strategies and initiatives throughout the organisation.
3. Support both Medical and Non-Medical employees of the organisation.

Working Hours and Duration:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Temporary cover until September
