My client is a very successful international business, looking to hire an HR Advisor. As an experienced HR Advisor, you will be confident in supporting the HR Business Partners and wider Centres of Excellence on a variety of tasks including Talent Management & Development, ER Administration, Cyclical HR events, Data Management, and Reporting.

This is a great opportunity for a talented HR Advisor to build on your HR career. Working in a highly successful and regarded HR team, you will broaden your understanding of the full employee journey.

Experience
  • Experience working at an Advisor level within a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good foundations in managing employee relations administration.
  • Ability to research issues, problems, and trends, and make recommendations.
  • Contribute to team projects by providing administrative support, designing project plans, and collating information and feedback.
  • Engage with senior managers to provide pragmatic advice and produce timely, high-quality information.
  • Recognize best practice approaches and demonstrate a good understanding of key employment legislation.
  • Deliver work to a high standard with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
