A UK manufacturing organization is looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join its busy HR function in Birmingham. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, handling HR administration, and supporting employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of generalist HR experience, CIPD Level 5 or working towards it, and strong communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Hours: Monday – Friday | On Site | Full Time | Early Finish on a Friday
An established UK manufacturing organisation is looking for a proactive and hands‑on HR Advisor to join its busy HR function at its Birmingham operation. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers, supporting employees, and getting involved in a wide variety of generalist responsibilities.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR support on‑site, working closely with the HR Manager, wider leadership team and employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment and enjoys balancing day‑to‑day HR support with involvement in wider projects.
You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience from within a manufacturing environment and the confidence to support managers at all levels. You should be comfortable working in an environment where no two days are the same.
