Zusammenfassung

Zero Waste Scotland is seeking an HR Adviser to deliver a professional, proactive HR service across the organisation. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and managers, guiding on employment matters and ensuring compliant policies and best practice.

Working with the People Partner, you will use people data to inform decisions, support employee engagement initiatives, and help shape the People Strategy across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience in a generalist HR Advisory role.
• Chartered MCIPD or working towards (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing and developing people.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to propose innovative HR solutions across a wide remit.
• Demonstrable experience of Employee Engagement initiatives across the lifecycle.

As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, proactive and people-focused HR service across Zero Waste Scotland. Acting as a trusted adviser to senior Leaders, managers and colleagues, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of people matters, lead and support employee relations activity, and ensure the consistent application of employment legislation, policies and best practice.

Working closely with the People Partner, you will contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy. You will use people data and insights to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement and help enhance the overall colleague experience.

You Will Have The Following

• Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or equivalent work-related experience.
• Previous experience working in a generalist HR Advisory role.
• Chartered MCIPD or working towards (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing and developing people
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively with an ability to proactively propose innovative HR solutions across a wide HR remit.
