Job description

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Abingdon on Thames - 3 days onsite a week

Contract: 3 months with potential to turn permanent

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Rate: £15 per hour

Role Purpose
  • Provide a quality, timely, accurate, professional, and friendly service to colleagues, resolving queries professionally and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all colleagues on employee lifecycle enquiries.
  • Prepare payroll reports to send to payroll.
  • Collaborate with a regional focus as part of a global team, working with Specialists within People Operational Excellence, People Team Centres of Excellence, and HR Business Partners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, candidates, and relevant outsourced providers.
Experience & Knowledge
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Administrator role, ideally within a large business or HR shared service environment.
  • Experience of payroll processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and quick to learn new systems, processes, and policies.
  • Strong understanding of local HR employment laws per region.
  • Strong HRIS skills, including data processing experience.
  • Experience in a generalist HR role would be advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP HR is beneficial.
