BSW Group's HR People Services team based at our Head Office in Dunfermline is looking for an HR Administrator. You will deliver support across the employee lifecycle, act as first point of contact for HR Business Partners and managers, and handle HR queries, system updates and payroll related tasks.

Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential in this busy role. You will work Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:30, office-based at Halbeath, contributing to a high-performing

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Assistant/Administrator (1+ years)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
