Prince Personnel is recruiting an HR Administrator in Telford to support a busy HR team, delivering high-quality administration across the employee lifecycle. You will assist with onboarding, data updates, and respond to HR queries, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

The role is a 6-month temporary placement, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a rate of £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay. It's an excellent entry point into HR for those eager to develop their knowledge and skills.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Assist with onboarding, internal moves and exits, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Administer family leave and absence processes in line with policies.
• Process employee record updates, including contractual and personal changes.
• Respond to HR-related enquiries from employees and managers with timely information.
• Maintain records and case notes in HR systems to support compliance.
• Ensure data and documentation are managed securely in line with GDPR.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and available resources.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and manage expectations.
