Job description

For over 110 years, Aston Martin has crafted exquisitely addictive performance sports cars. Manpower, in partnership with Aston Martin, is hiring a HR Administrator on a 3-month FTC starting early June.

Job Purpose

This highly organized and discreet admin support role involves assisting in an organization review covering UK and global teams. The role provides essential admin support to the HR team during the individual consultation phase, including coordinating meetings, sharing information accurately, saving data, and executing tasks flawlessly.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Provide admin support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for key meetings.
  2. Maintain accurate records, ensuring the correct information is saved onto employee files promptly.
  3. Coordinate logistics of employee consultations, including room bookings, meeting invitations, and ensuring all documentation is ready.
  4. Support the collation of questions from consultations and assist in timely review and responses.
  5. Ensure outcomes of meetings are captured and shared with the appropriate team at the right time.
  6. Support HR Business Partners in collating information post-consultations, scanning information, updating files, and sharing information back to BPs.
  7. Assist in booking and coordinating appeal meetings as needed.
  8. Support in booking and coordinating interviews for redeployment opportunities.
  9. Scan and upload interview packs to the local HR system and employee files.
  10. Assist the administration team with the leavers process, liaising on end dates, organizing the return of work equipment, and administering the exit process in relevant systems.
Additional Requirements

The post-holder must be willing to travel to other Aston Martin sites, so a valid, current driving license is essential.

Physical Requirements

Work on-site at least 3 days a week with flexible start and finish times due to events and different locations.
