This highly organized and discreet admin support role involves assisting in an organization review covering UK and global teams. The role provides essential admin support to the HR team during the individual consultation phase, including coordinating meetings, sharing information accurately, saving data, and executing tasks flawlessly.
The post-holder must be willing to travel to other Aston Martin sites, so a valid, current driving license is essential.
Work on-site at least 3 days a week with flexible start and finish times due to events and different locations.
