About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall.
We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our People team, based in our Milton Keynes office, with travel across our sites. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The HR Administrator will provide guidance to employees on Kier/EKFB policies, HR, and pay-related queries. Responsibilities include processing various HR and pay changes into our HR system, such as family-friendly leave, redundancy, leavers, secondments, sabbaticals, extensions to probation, and preparing relevant correspondence while ensuring GDPR compliance.
The role also involves monitoring, reviewing, and updating HR policies to ensure they remain compliant with current legislation, as well as responding to third-party information requests.

The partnership specializes in designing, constructing, operating, financing, and maintaining railway networks, including Europe's latest high-speed rail projects. EKFB was appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood, involving 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges, and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
