An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented HR administrator to join a small team dedicated to supporting schools. This part-time role involves managing HR processes, including handling new starter packs, contracts, and payroll information. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, possess strong communication skills, and work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with school policies and compliance is a plus. Working with a small team completing all the HR admin for the schools.
Processing new starter packs, dealing with contracts.
Working on SIMS to manage the sickness log and follow the processes when required.
Collating all information for payroll and sending over the information to the payroll providers.
Arranging DBS's.
Must be process driven, work within a team, and be a good communicator.
Understanding schools' processes and policies and compliance would be desirable.
Part-time role - working 2 days a week ideally but could increase to 3.
