About Our Client

A professional services organisation based in the LE17 area of Leicestershire.

Job Description

This role involves full administrative duties related to:

  1. Recruitment: Creating adverts, arranging interviews, managing offers and contracts, onboarding new employees.
  2. Employee Management: Handling new starters, leavers, and attendance records.
  3. Payroll: Managing absence and sickness records.
  4. Training: Ensuring training records are up-to-date.
  5. Communication: Managing and updating the inbox for queries.
  6. Employee Support: Providing assistance regarding policies and procedures.
  7. Meetings: Taking notes as required.
  8. Teamwork: Collaborating as part of the wider HR team.
    The Successful Applicant

    Ideal candidates will be:

    • Strong administrators with HR experience.
    • Proficient in processing new starters, leavers, and onboarding.
    • Experienced in payroll administration, particularly monitoring absence and sickness.
    • Familiar with HR systems and IT literacy.
    • Empathetic, attentive listeners, and people-oriented.
    • Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
    • Positive attitude.
    What's on Offer
    • Full-time position.
    • Hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site, remaining days WFH.
    • FTC contract.
    • Salary: approximately £29,428 per annum.
    • Expected start date: beginning of May 2025.
