This role offers hybrid working opportunities with occasional travel to other UK sites. You’ll work closely with managers and staff across the business, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
HR & Payroll Admin: Accurately maintain employee records, process changes, and support monthly payroll activity.
Recruitment Support: Candidate tracking, onboarding documents, contracts, and compliance checks.
Absence Management: Record and track all types of absences, supporting managers with documentation and processes.
First-Line HR Support: Respond to HR queries, guide managers through basic employee relations matters, and support policy updates.
Systems & Data Management: Keep company reporting systems and tools updated to ensure accurate data and insights.
Project & Policy Work: Contribute to HR projects and help refine processes in line with best practice and legislation.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR administrator or coordinator role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a 'right-first-time' approach
Excellent communication skills - confident with all levels of staff
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude
Strong IT skills, including HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeDesirable:
Working towards or keen to pursue a CIPD qualification
Confidence to suggest process improvements and solutions
Additional Info
A full UK driving licence is required, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary for travel to other sites.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week - occasional additional hours may be required to meet deadlines or support busy project periods
