HR Administrator Role - Leicester

We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Leicester. This role is vital for the ongoing success of the business, requiring a committed and detail-oriented individual. You will work within a team, primarily ensuring all temporary workers are fully compliant before their start date.

Position Details:

  • Role: HR Administrator
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week
  • Status: Temporary
  • Location: Leicester, LE1
  • Pay: £15-17 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting thorough checks to verify candidates' right to work in compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of compliance documentation.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
  4. Monitoring and following up on outstanding compliance documents via telephone and email.
  5. Performing day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, updating records, and correspondence.
  6. Completing pre-employment checks.
