A leading company in Leeds is seeking a HR Administrator to join their People Team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement. The role focuses on onboarding new colleagues and ensuring a positive experience. Candidates should have good communication and organisational skills, with a sound knowledge of MS Office. Flexibility is offered with a hybrid working model requiring 2 days in the office.

£13.84 per hour
Venatu Recruitment are proud to be working with one of our key clients and support in recruiting a HR Administrator to join the People Team.
Initially working on a short-term temporary contract, this could have the potential to be extended and possibly made permanent.
Working within the HR Department of the People Team, you will be part of a team of 7 people providing support across the business.
Your role will specifically focus with the onboarding of new colleagues ensuring the colleagues experience is smooth and positive.

Although experience within a HR function would be beneficial, it is not vital to this role.
The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills and be able to organise & prioritise effectively.
As you will be accessing sensitive information, an understanding of GDPR and data protection is a key advantage.
Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages is required. Knowledge of HR systems would be beneficial.
The role is available with immediate effect and will be based from the head office in LS15.
There is a good degree of flexibility with the position. The successful person is able to work in a hybrid model although 2 days a week minimum is expected in the office to collaborate with team members.
The working week is 37.5 hours with the core working hours between 9.30am & 4pm.
The successful person can decide whether they wish to make up the rest of the hours either before or after the core hours.
