Lakeside Healthcare is seeking an organised HR Administrator to join the HR Team at Exchange Court, Corby. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, absence, training, and HR reporting across the organisation.
The successful candidate will maintain compliant records, work with HR systems, and help deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service in a fast-paced NHS environment.

We are looking for an organised andproactive HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR Team. This isan exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality HRadministration service across the organisation.
As an HR Administrator, you willprovide administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, includingrecruitment and onboarding, contractual changes, absence administration,mandatory training, HR systems administration and workforce reporting.
You will work closely with managers,employees and colleagues across the organisation, providing a professional andresponsive service while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately,efficiently and in line with organisational policies and procedures.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride indelivering a high standard of customer service. You will be joining a teamwhere collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are activelyencouraged.
