About the Opportunity
This is a newly created opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a supportive HR team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function across a variety of tasks

  • Coordinate and manage training and development administration

  • Maintain and update the HR information system for reporting and audit purposes

  • Assist in onboarding processes, including contracts and induction planning

  • Support with leaver processing and offboarding documentation

  • Respond to absence-related queries and calls from staff

  • Offer day-to-day admin support to the Head of HR

  • Ensure employee records are current, accurate, and securely maintained


About You
This role would suit a junior candidate who may have recently finished studying HR/Management or a confident and approachable individual with a genuine interest in supporting people. You'll have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.


Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems would be ideal. Previous experience within a professional services environment will be advantageous.
