Job description

Position: HR Administration Analyst

Location: This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person attendance at the office as needed

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage HR operations, HRIS administration, and employee experience initiatives.
  2. Support onboarding activities, including verification processes and new hire paperwork.
  3. Administer health and pension plans, managing enrollments, changes, and terminations, and coordinate with payroll and insurance providers.
  4. Oversee background check procedures.
  5. Manage HRIS systems such as ADP and SuccessFactors, including creation, deletion, and maintenance.
  6. Handle employee offboarding processes, including equipment collection, final payroll, benefits, and legal compliance.
  7. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing HR policies in line with federal, state, and European regulations, maintaining records for current and future regions.
  8. Coordinate logistics for asset management, including procurement and shipping of laptops for new and exiting employees.
  9. Support immigration paperwork processing and maintain communication with the Immigration team for timely filings.
  10. Assist the Finance team with invoice management, cheque deposits, and tax payments.
