Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is exclusively partnered with a logistics company seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager in London. This permanent position covers UK end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, with four days in their Central London office.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in payroll & benefits, ADP experience, and exposure to employee relations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of changes and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Own the monthly UK payroll cycle end to end.
• First point of contact for payroll, benefits, pension and reward queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records with timely employee changes.
• Handle joiners, leavers, promotions, salary changes, bonuses and deductions.
• Administer pensions, life assurance, PHI, EAP, eye care and gym benefits.
• Support reward cycles including salary reviews and year-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance on reconciliations, accruals and year-end audits.
• Oversee monthly pension contributions to the provider for accuracy.
• Requires 5+ years in payroll & benefits.
• ADP experience is essential.
• Exposure to employee relations processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit payroll and benefits records, ensuring timely processing of changes.
• Manage payroll-related movements: joiners, leavers, promotions, salary changes and bonuses.
• Administer the benefits programme, including pensions, life assurance, PHI, EAP, eye care and gym memberships.
• Coordinate year-end reporting, PSA, P11Ds and bonus communication with stakeholders.

Payroll & Benefits Manager - Permanent - London - up to £70,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a logistics company, who are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager, on a permanent basis. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will have sole responsibility of the UK end to end payroll, and benefits administration. This role is 4 days in their Central London office.

The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

• Own the monthly UK payroll cycle end to end
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and partners on payroll, benefits, pension and reward-related queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, ensuring all employee changes are processed correctly and within deadlines.
• Manage payroll-related joiners, leavers, promotions, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, expenses and other variable pay elements.
• Administer the firm's benefits programme including pensions, life assurance, PHI, EAP, eye care and gym memberships, and act as the main liaison with providers.
• Support reward cycles - salary review, bonus communication, partner draw administration and year-end reporting including P11Ds and PSA.
• Partner closely with Finance on payroll reconciliations, monthly accruals and journals, and year-end audit queries.
• Manage monthly pension contribution submissions to the pension provider ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• 5+ years experience working in a payroll & benefits environment
• ADP experience is essential
