Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a logistics company to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for a permanent role in London. You will own the UK payroll end to end and administer benefits, pensions and reward-related programmes in a 4-days-in-office setup.

You will be the go-to for payroll questions, maintain records and support year-end activities. 3+ years in payroll & benefits and ADP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in payroll & benefits.
• ADP experience would be beneficial.
• Exposure to employee relations processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly UK payroll cycle end to end.
• Act as first point of contact for payroll, benefits, pension and reward queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records and deadlines.
• Manage joiners, leavers, promotions, salary changes and other variable pay elements.
• Administer the firm's benefits programme including pensions, life assurance, PHI, EAP, eye care and gym memberships.
• Support year-end reporting including P11Ds and PSA and liaise with Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliations and audits.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations.

Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Permanent - London - up to £55,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a logistics company, who are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, on a permanent basis. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will have sole responsibility of the UK end to end payroll, and benefits administration. This role is 4 days in their Central London office.

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

• Own the monthly UK payroll cycle end to end
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and partners on payroll, benefits, pension and reward-related queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, ensuring all employee changes are processed correctly and within deadlines.
• Manage payroll-related joiners, leavers, promotions, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, expenses and other variable pay elements.
• Administer the firm's benefits programme including pensions, life assurance, PHI, EAP, eye care and gym memberships, and act as the main liaison with providers.
• Support reward cycles - salary review, bonus communication, partner draw administration and year-end reporting including P11Ds and PSA.
• Partner closely with Finance on payroll reconciliations, monthly accruals and journals, and year-end audit queries.
• 3+ years experience working in a payroll & benefits environment
• ADP experience would be beneficial
