Responsibilities

• Lead workplace operations across International HQ and Lloyd's office allocation, owning standards, service delivery and employee experience.
• Develop and lead a high-performing workplace team for reception, visitor management, meeting rooms, coordination and events.
• Shape ongoing development of workplace services to align with business needs and hybrid working.
• Own occupancy planning, space utilisation and workplace strategy to support objectives.
• Advise senior leaders with practical solutions and recommendations on workplace matters.
• Lead projects from planning to delivery, including moves, refurbishments and technology implementations.
• Manage key workplace suppliers across services, ensuring performance and value for money.
• Oversee budget, expenditure and commercial decisions with a balance of service excellence and financial discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement to quality, efficiency and consistency in workplace operations.
• Ensure health and safety, risk management, business continuity and operational resilience standards.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to support priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Promote adoption of new technologies to improve workplace effectiveness and employee experience.
• Support sustainability objectives through workplace projects and supplier partnerships.
• Provide reporting and insights on workplace performance to senior leadership.
