Job summary

LinuxRecruit in London is seeking an experienced HPC systems specialist to join a leading research focused organisation. You’ll support a large scale computing environment used for data-intensive research, modelling and AI workloads.

You will work across Linux compute environments, GPU infrastructure, Slurm, and containerisation with Docker or Singularity, driving automation and platform improvements to better serve researchers.

Qualifications

• Solid HPC or Linux infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Slurm, GPUs and automation.
• Containerisation with Docker or Singularity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a large scale computing environment for researchers.
• Work across HPC operations, infrastructure engineering and research support to meet demanding workloads.
• Contribute to automation, infrastructure upgrades and performance improvements.
• Translate researchers' complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
