About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Review, support and management of: Housing Regeneration, Enabling and Development (leading the council’s housing development and regeneration programmes), The Refugee Resettlement Team, Housing Strategy and Commissioning, including leading the relationship with the council’s housing ALMO, Encompass LATC - responsible for the councils’ homelessness functions, and the Council's property development company.

About you:

You will have the following experiences:

• Highly experienced in Local Authority Housing Management
• Demonstrable experience in leading transformational projects or programmes
• In-depth understanding of housing policies, regulations, and best practices within the UK context, including knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Housing Act and planning regulations.
• Track record of successfully managing budgets, resources, and delivering results within set timelines.
