Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess properties to facilitate Disabled Facilities Grants.
• Prepare costed schedules of works and liaise with contractors on behalf of customers.
• Lead regular meetings with key stakeholders and monitor contractor performance and quality of works.
• Sign off completed works and prepare paperwork to enable payments and budget approvals.
