Job summary

Right There in Glasgow is seeking a Housing Team Lead for our Short Term Housing programme to ensure the right people are matched to the right homes and supported to sustain them.

You will lead and coach Tenant Liaison Workers, coordinate referrals, manage risk and quality, and work closely with landlords, local authorities and partners to deliver a reliable, compassionate service across the city.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housing or support team and delivering high quality outcomes.
• Ability to coach and guide frontline workers to meet programme standards.
• Strong relationship-building with tenants, landlords, partners and local authorities.
• Commitment to homelessness prevention and helping people sustain a home.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team and guiding Tenant Liaison Workers to deliver high-quality support.
• Preparing for growth and helping implement programme expansion.
• Ensuring referrals are assessed promptly and matched to the service specification.
• Managing allocations, voids and tenancy sustainment to keep homes occupied.
• Building trusted relationships with tenants, landlords, agents, local authorities and partners.
• Coordinating property access for compliance, repairs and inspections.
• Managing risk and quality through accurate risk assessments and tenancy agreements.
