Housing Support Worker, Halifax

Pay rate to £13.61 per hour

Contract role

We are recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Worker to work in a team in Halifax.

To provide specialist support around domestic abuse to young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness or currently homeless, or who reside in the Calderdale Foyer (supported accommodation service). Act as a keyworker to young people resident in the provision and carry out group or individual sessions with a focus on domestic abuse and healthy relationships to enable positive future outcomes for young people.
