Job summary

Tarasis Enterprises in Belfast is seeking a Banking Support Worker (Female) to provide housing-related support, helping residents lead independent and fulfilling lives.

You will support clients in developing independent living skills, assess needs and risks, and work with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support. The role requires full flexibility across day and night shifts and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults).
• Fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
• Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
• IT literacy and good organisational skills.
• Full EU Driving Licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies.
• Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals.
• Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.
