Job summary

Tarasis Enterprises in Belfast is seeking a female Support Worker to join our Housing-related Support Services Team. You’ll provide essential housing-related support to individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

The role includes day and night shifts, 24-hour or 36-hour contracts, and a supportive environment with ongoing training and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals.
• Fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including day and night.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
• Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
• IT literacy and good organisational skills.
• Full EU Driving Licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies.
• Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals.
• Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support.

We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker to join our Support Services Team!

Contract Type:24hr or 36hr Contract

Working Hours:Day & Night Shifts,8.00am - 8.00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am, as and when required
